new Power supply query

Hia, just looking for some info on a decent power supply...say around 600w, to power my system (detailed in my sig) i MIGHT go sli in the future so that would be a nice inclusion, looking to overclock to about 3gig (getting nice cooling and 2gig more ram in a couple've weeks)

in fact, another question for your wise young minds....does the power supply affect overclocking ability? i tried to overclock my 6420 (using aitool provided with the motherboard) and it seemed to max out about 2.5 or 2.6, but then i didnt fiddle with any voltage settings/memory timings etc cos i dont know what im doing! :eek:
 
uh.......everyone asks, and it's usually the same answer for this wattage range.
