Is there a way to have more than 15 posts show per page?

I visit the site and hit "New Posts," and each page only shows 15 posts - so I am getting like 50 pages. Is there a way to increase the number of posts per page. I am always using high speed connections, so load times on my end not an issue.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
 
Maybe it is to quiten down on database hits a bit, every little helps.
 
Got to your CP and scroll to the bottom. Choose from forum default to 40 posts per page.
