Why you hating on doge? Apart from litecoin is there any altcoin worth mentioning ? Plus it's funny but obviously the humor went right over your head

I had to really try hard to realize this was supposed to be funny, honestly.
First thing I thought was, "This is in the wrong foum. What the hell does plates have to do with computing?"
Then when my slow mind figured what was up, I still didn't laugh.
And I will say that the stupid phrased surrounding Doge turned me off big time to going to any of the related sites.
I will mine it but I won't participate in the juvenality of it.
Oh, and what's "popular on the internet" must be right......right? :)
 
+1 on it not being that funny.

I used to mine DOGE -- I made some great profits, and then I moved on. The whole idea behind it started as a BS joke. And I never got into the childish community that apparently backs it.

The internet (all of us right here right now in this thread) are saying it's not very funny. If the joke fails to tech guys like us who KNOW of DOGE.... what do you think it will do to regular every day retards?

You don't have to be childish or juvenile to thing a Doge meme is funny. Some of you guys really need to pull your heads out of your asses and realize that humor is subjective.

FTR, I work with people who are fairly technical, and plenty of them find doge humorous without ever mining or buying / selling.
