Currently my FSB is set to 133, soon as I set it to 166, I can't boot, monitors get no single, machine just runs w/ no activity..

as far as voltages go, it's all set to H/W

Whats your cpu.

If it the 2400+ in your sig line then they are supposed to run 15x133 for 2 Ghz.
At 15x166 for 2.5 Ghz is pushing the chip to the very max.
You may have to drop the multi down to 12.5 to get it to post.

Luck........:D

I have an MSI Board (MS-6712) with a 2600+. I had similar problems. What I determined is this: Leave the Multiplier and everything else in Auto. Change the FSB setting until it becomes unstable on boot up, then back it down. Every time I changed the multiplier I couldn't boot and had to reset the Bios.
