looks fine.

Kinda weak on the videocard front, but with DX10 "coming soon", its probably a good idea to get something cheaper to hold you over.
 
I have the Gigabyte DS3, and I am very pleased with it, however the memory you chose wasn't that good. I suggest this memory:

I've read very good things on this memory, such as DDR2 800 4-4-4-12 @ 1.9V, which is VERY good, considering that he only had to raise voltage +0.1v to get +133MHz @ the same stock timings.
