Hi guys just looking at building a new PC would love for other peoples opinions!

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc\

I would be Playing games, Video Editing and Just casual browsing

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?

No real budget tbh, in saying that I don't want to go over 5k.

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.

SSD, Graphics card, RAM, PSU, CPU, Case, HDD, MOBO

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?

PSU: Corsair HX1200i 80 Plus Platinum 1200W Power Supply [CP-9020070-AU] : PC Case Gear
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 4TB ST4000DM000 [ST4000DM000] : PC Case Gear
CPU: Intel Core i7 6700K [BX80662I76700K] : PC Case Gear
MOBO: MSI Z170A XPOWER Gaming Titanium Edition Motherboard [Z170A-XPOWER-TITANIUM] : PC Case Gear

That motherboard is an extreme example of wasting your money. I guarantee nothing that board offers over a regular board you'll not only never use, but have no clue it's even an option.
That PSU is way too much for your needs. Anything in the sub 800W range will be more than over kill. Even a good quality 600W PSU will be plenty for a 980 Ti.
256GB SSD? Come on. You're wasting money on a motherboard you'll never fully use and a PSU you'll never get even remotely close to utilizing and you're gonna go with a small 256GB SSD? With the money you'll be saving on the PSU and motherboard you should be going no less than 1TB on an SSD. They fill up quicker than you think. Sure you've got a 4TB HDD for storage, but do you really want to be uninstalling programs/games or transferring game installs to a HDD when you could just leave them all on a larger SSD?

RAM is OOS by the way.

oh right don't worry, I worked it out. Out of stock,

thats okay though, they may have stock when I begin purchasing :D

may I also ask what you suggest for a money effective MOBO?
 
Seems your online retailer has a few options for sub $200. I'd pick any one of them as long as they're Z170.
 
If gaming on the 4k I'd recommend going to a dual 980ti setup. With your budget you can fit that pretty easy.

Depends on the game.

I would suggest the OP to get a single 980 Ti. If it's not desirable then grab a second one soon. For the record. 1200W is still twice as much power as you'll ever use even with 2-way SLI 980 Tis.
