New PC. And old memory. Help or hurt.

Hello I just purchased a Wonderfull pc setup and 1gig of pc 3200. In my old rig i had 1gig of pc 2700 and i am wondering if having the 2gigs with the old memory would hurt or help the proformance of the PC.

ABIT Fatal1ty Nforce4 Sli and a Fx 55 are my basic system specs.

you should be ok for now ...id get it switched out as soon as you get some more cash tho

depends on what you do. if you play BF2, it'll help. most other things will be a hurt
