Looks good, but you should probably find a better cooler, for not much more you can get better temps and less noise. Also a good buy could be a refurb 9700 Pro for newegg for $130, qwould outperform the xt by a good margine.
 
I have a Swiftech MCX64 I can't hear it over my case fans (4), and I get good temps with it. Check the cooling forum for some more suggestions.
