New NVIDIA GeForce GameReady Driver v378.66

Hotfix 378.72 was released and fixed two issues, one of which has been affecting PhysX for 980 Ti users.

- Fixed hardware encoding in Steam (In-Home Streaming).
- Resolved PhysX being forced to CPU when "Optimize for Compute Performance" setting is OFF.

I knew something was off when I fired up GPU-Z and saw PhysX was disabled.
 
Hotfix 378.77 has been released.

This is GeForce Hot Fix driver version 378.77 that addresses the following :

- Fixed driver installation errors for laptops with GeForce GTX 1050 and 1050 ti GPUs.
-- Fixed crash in Minecraft and some other Java-based titles
--- Resolved 'Debug Mode' as default option on Pascal based GPUs

I can understand an overabundance of caution but did you bother to hit the link to Station Drivers and actually look at it? That thread was legit and had links to Nvidia's website... Plus Station Drivers is a pretty trusted site, I've never had issues with them in the past.

Those are direct links regardless of whether you click on the source. I don't know why the sudden distrust, I'm not going to lead anyone astray intentionally here... :facepalm:

I don't follow anything from NVIDIA on there forums or press releases. Sorry I'm not as well informed as many who do, but Station-Drivers do keep their site up-to-date well enough for me to get everything I need. They've had issues in the past with ads, but overall I trust them.
