We currently have a Savin c3535 and our contract is about up with the firm that supplies and supports us with this printer. It prints fine, but I've had difficulty troubleshooting it. The manual is worthless and the internet's got nothing helpful. Local support isn't the best, but it's fair.

~30 users, 'hold print' is used all the time, different trays for different size papers - engineers with different prints

Support being the same, recommendations for a new multifunction 'workroom' printer?
