Alright dudes, my Intelli Mouse Explorer is well at this point it is completely yellow and 10 years old and I think it is finally dying on me after nearly constant use for years now.

So what to replace it with. Here are a list of what I would like I think.

Wireless, I know I know it sucks for gaming but I realize I never ever play online games EVER , and more importantly I just hate wires at this point I do play games still but I can live with wireless.

Lasts a long time proven track record all that jazz.
Comfortable.
The Intelli Mouse is nice I would like something the same size or even a little bigger.

Dark/Easily cleaned. Something that does not attract gunk on the bottom would be nice seems to be a problem with the Intellimouse

Under 100 but preferably under 65.

Batteries does not matter I used this sweet Logitech a few years back that had a charging station seemed kinda nice but I only got to play with it a few times at work.

I ran into the same problem. Wore out 3 IntelliMouse Explorer 3.0's and finally decided it was time to get something high-end.

Ended up with the Razer Mamba 2012: http://www.amazon.com/Razer-Mamba-Rechargable-Wireless-Gaming/dp/B0054JGGGY

Pretty much has the same shape and button placement as the IntelliMouse Explorer 3.0, and you can fine-tune the tracking to match the Microsoft mouse. I found that setting it to 800 DPI (with acceleration at 4) feels about the same as default settings (with "Enhance Pointer Precision" enabled) on the IME 3.0.

You also get the option of using it wired or wireless. Just unplug the USB cable from the end of the mouse and it becomes wireless.

Logitech M705. ..I've had one for about two years now I got for my laptop. I use it maybe 2-3 times per week for 30mins to 3 hours each time and I have yet to replace the batteries.

I heard razer quality is crap hence I did not even consider them anyone know if this is true?

It isn't really awesome from my experience, yes, but the Deathadder is still a mouse worth considering.

The Logitech G602 sounds almost exactly like what you want

The Logitech G700s is better for gaming, but the battery doesn't last nearly as long and it costs more.

Ive got a couple favorites. The Razer DeathAdder is my all time favorite mouse. Its shaped pretty much perfectly for my hand. The 2013 version has a rough finish and a better sensor but I like the I like my 3.5 version a little better for some reason. I think I prefer the smooth finish a little more.

The Steelseries Sensei Raw is another one I really like. Its similar to the DeathAdder but a little shorter. Superb sensor as well.

I do not understand how you can say they are similar considering the Deathadder is an ergonomic mouse and the Sensei is an ambidextrous mouse.

I have both a Deathadder and a Sensei Raw and I would also say they are quite similar. Yes, the Sensei is ambidextrous but when you hold it, it feels like a smaller Deathadder.

I also have experience with both mice ; hence my remark. Personally, I do not feel that way about these mice.

Similar doesnt mean exactly the same. Theyre similar in their shape.

So yeah. Theyre not the same but the overall shape, length and width is similar. Its mainly the height where they differ the most.

Logitech G500 or G500S is my favorite for the fact you can take it apart and clean it every two years or so..... Not sure if that is possible with other brands. You can replace the feet on ebay or double side tape them back on the original feet.

I use one of these at work for about 8 hours 5 days a week and the batteries lasted about 3 years for me. I couldnt be happier with my purchase.

Just got the Logitech G602 gotta say I love it and all the software that comes with it.

Well for battery life I doubt you can beat the G602. I'm amazed by mine. I forget it's wireless sometimes.

Logitech G502 is absolutely everything the deathadder 2013 should have been. Flawless sensor (no acceleration, prediction off by default), 1 cd liftoff distance, tuning programming for whatever surface you want, prediction on/off through driver option, any accurate DPI you want with ability to disable any extra buttons, just a really nice mouse.

The G502 looks nothing like a deathadder. How similar does it really feel in the hand?

Also looks like there's a dozen big gaps for gunk to get stuck in.

It may not look like the Deathadder, but it feels way better to my hand. The position of the palm contour to the height of scroll wheel is absolutely perfect, length is about the same and the ability to add weight is huge bonus IMO. To be honest, I had pretty much given up on Logitech, but they nailed it with the G502.

Everyone's body chemistry and "habits" are unique, but I don't see a problem with gunk buildup unless you're eating bags of Cheetos and fapping nonstop :D

No I know some people who are clean but they just build up gunk on shit, I do no so its not an issue but I keep a detailers brush around for cleaning the mouse and keyboard so its not an issue.

I love my Mamba. Adjustability is great and comfortable to use.

I don't really think wireless is the way to go if you're used to using wired.
Deathadder and IE3.0 are very similar, but I think you should just pick another IE3.0 off of eBay for $30 or so.
EDIT: Looks like the Mamba is a wireless Deathadder? If it is, you should probably just get that.
