New Mitsubishi 930sb, slight problem

I just got a refurbished Mitsubishi 930sb.

When I have a dark backround such as like the picture below I get a white halo/aura or reflection when on a sharp white

why does this happen and past 930sb units i have has did not experience this. why now and why on a appature grille monitor
