New memory problem

hello, I just bought new memories, 2x512mb Apacer PC3200, my motherboardsupports up to PC2100, but i tried yesterday with another PC3200 memory and it worked just fine on PC2100 speed. Ok, about my pproblem, the new memory works fine, but if I try to get some info about the ram with SiSoftware Sandra 2005 from the Mainboard info -> Memory Modules, there isn't anything written. I tried with Lavalys Everest Home Edition too, but in the SPD it doesn't say anything. Then i tryed to restart the computer, but when it starts to boot up again, the coputer starts to peep in 2 tones and it won't restart. Only shutting down the power worked. Could anybody help me?
