I received an mcp355 today along with EK DDC v2. I was about to swap the tops when I noticed one of screws on the pump has a stripped head, (the phillips groove). Has anybody had this experience? The screws seem kind of cheezy and soft. As well, it seems the last few turns when tightening are kind of hard. It could have been done in assembly but...
If this is a common occurance, I'll just keep the pump. If not, I almost have to assume that someone else has messed with it. Man I hate waiting for something only to have to wait twice as long all over again!

I just bought the same setup MCP355 and EK DDC V2 and had not problem with removing the original scres that came with the pump.

Also the replacement screws that came with the Top went on smoothly on to the pump.
