any mac user out here know that is it possible to install a win7 pro on the new macmini? the design and form factor look nice, if so it is going to be dual boot?

thanks

ps. never use mac before

Yeah, all Macs made in the last few years can dual boot just fine.

I hate to inform you, but no configuration of the Mini is quad core.
However, running either boot camp (native) or Parallels/Fusion (VM's) will be a sinch. Dual-Core Core2Duo's ran 'em just fine.

Check out this link.

Boot Camp for Macs 101. All about installing Windows on a Mac.

yes there is here

Yeah, x86 architecture switch was a smart move by Apple... hopefully they will rot for dropping the RD dept for their marketing one.

Ah, I missed that on the server. I was wondering why the clock was so much lower. I still think I'd go for the consumer edition for the higher clock speed and ever-so-slightly better video card.

it is a laptop processor, and i will need this just for HTPC so i think HD3000 from intel should be sufficient
