New Loop / System / Case - Thoughts?

I'm planning on picking up a Mountain Mod's U2UFO-Duality as my case,
it's $400 but it also supports 4 PSU's, 2 PA120.3 Rads, and 2 mobos.
It's the size of 2 mid towers put together 18"x18"x18" + no sloppy dremeling
necessary.

I've been waiting for a Q9450. As for the mobo, I'm debating between an
ASUS P5E3 Premium/Wi-Fi X48 with 4 gigs of DDR3, or an Asus Rampage
Formula X48 and 8 gigs of DDR2.

I'm not sure about the graphics cards... I was thinking about picking up
a single 9800GTX and leaving it out of the WC loop on stock air for now.
Eventually going to upgrade to 2x 9900 GTX's with EK blocks (love
evga's step up progam).

My WC loop will consist of 2x ThermoChill PA120.3's with 6 Yate Loons
in a pull config. I'm still debating between pumps, either the Laing DDC v3.2
with Petra's top or the Laing D5. Either a D-Tek Fuzion v2 or an Apogee GTX
Extreme for the CPU.

I'm going to take off the Asus stock heatpipes and WC my mobo for
the hell of it. Planning on using an EK block for the NB, might add in
the SB, very slight chance of adding in the mosfets but will probably
end up using passive thermalright heatsinks.

I'm think either pump could handle the loop by itself, but I'm not sure.
My loop order would be:
Pump --> Rad -> Rad -> CPU -> (2nd pump?) -> NB -> SB -> GPU -> GPU

Any thoughts/comments would be much appreciated.
 
buy some Y adapters and hook those rads up in parallel for less pressure drop. or split the 2 loops with a joined res before the pumps. also, for the non-CPU stuff, figure out which things you want to keep coolest(probably GPUs?) and put them earlier in the loop. also, if you werent going to do the mobo cooling, you'd have an ideal setup for parallel loops, going something like pump->CPU->(branch)->GPU split, rads split, combined res. or, if the NB and SB are the same block, you can put them in the loop too.

honestly, I would play around with some buckets before you put all this junk in your system, figuring out flow rates.

other than that, you're out of my pricerange :)
 
Why thermochills? Even with yates at 5v, 2 MCR320s will dissipate about 500w of heat at an absolute minimum.

Get the D5's, since the MCP355/DDC/etc. aren't known for reliability...

No need for parallel or anything silly like that, not for your basic loop.

And get the Fuzion ;)

I heard the D5's dump a lot of heat into the water, they have a lower
head pressure but higher flow rate than the DDCs? I'm planning on
adding 2 GPUs to the loop and a 2nd system,
I don't think the MCR320s can handle it.
 
I like my D5 Vario. I do not like my DDC-3.1 with Petra's Top near as much, and am considering selling it in favor of another D5 Vario. The DCC is louder and does not seem to move as much water, though both move much more water than the Eheim 1048 they replaced... but are louder and more of a pain to work with outside of the machine. Much smaller though, and that alone is worth something.
