A little while ago I was complaining because I could not find the keyboard I wanted. Logitech have released a new keyboard with flat keys. It has a normal keyboard configuration with no stupid F keys.

Yeah, looks great but you see that enter button. That would drive me off the wall. Its not long.

No F keys? what are those things in the top row then?

He probably means the F-Lock thing that changes the F keys to stupid office shortcuts or whatever.

Just looks like a "laptop" style keyboard to me (the low flat keys). I've never been fond of gaming on those dinky keyboards.

That looks quite nice. But I too don't like the Enter key. Glad to see that the F-Lock key isn't there!

Hmm, enter key is the size of a dime, but the CAPS locks is the size of a dollar bill. It looks nice, but that enter key wouldn't cut the mustard for me. Hell, even my laptop keyboard has a normal sized enter key...

Best keyboard/mouse ever made!
Bah!! You're kidding me. Right? The Logitech Elite Keyboard?? I mean, c'mon.

For gaming? Coding? Generic typing? Qualify your statement, please.

I always felt the logitech elite KB looked Butt and even the feel of the keys left something to be desired.

I'm hoping the original poster, here, is wrong about this new logitech keyboard having 'flat' (laptop-type) keys. It doesn't look like it. If I'm right, I think this keyboard could be a winner. IMO, the Elite looked like a plastic toy, not a quality input device.

Despite the fact that the enter key looks a bit small... it looks so good

Can you tell me where to buy one? Thanks

There are some issues with key placement/size on that kb.

I have the wired version (Elite KB/MX500)... depending on who you talk to, this can be a better combo than the Elite Duo (Zero lag, and it's cheaper).

I can attest to this. I had an mx 700 for myself and it was the worst thing that a gamer could ever lay his hands upon. I doubt that anyone serious about gaming would ever use this. POS.

mx700 has been fantastic with gaming, i havent had one problem with it at all, no lag or anything. once youre used to it it just like a normal mouse...

Only two explinations I can get from this is either you haven't had a really precise mouse setup OR I fudged up on setting up the mouse but believe me when I say I tried everything to improve its performance.

MX700 is outstanding among wireless mice, but it's still much less precise than wired MX series. Wired MX are better for gaming IMHO.
