New Local Disk Just Appeared?

A new Local Disk just showed up in "This PC" on Windows 10 for me. It says 70 MB free of 95 MB. Does anyone know what this is? It tells me I do not have access to open it.

That sounds like it could be one of the extra partitions Windows 10 sets up during install.
