new LG e-IPS found exists yet?

Read the 2209WA thread. From memory, someone speaking to Dell sales was told of a 23" and a 24" model coming out around April. I don't think the 24" is confirmed to be 16:9, and I think all of LG's 24" panels have been WUXGA so far.

Hopefully other companies will be able to produce displays with these panels too, not just Dell/Foxconn. 1080 is about 89-90% of the pixel count of WUXGA, so while 1200 is nice, I probably wouldn't pick it if someone offered a 16:9 display with an encouragingly better build quality.
