My Korean 1440P IPS display kicked the bucket 5-6 years latter. So I am in need of a new monitor. Mostly for desktop, Work, and some minor gaming.. The issue is with my new desk/hutch I am stuck with a height of about 19.5" unless I get a mounting arm and even then I am not sure I can go much bigger then a 27inch.

Needs to meet the following:

1440P min res(4K is okay as well)
IPS or VA(perfer IPS)
VESA 100 or 75 patterns (middle mount of screen)
Freesync(would like to have)

Any suggestions?

I am looking at the following Monitors

Dell P2715Q
LG 27UD68-W
HP Omen 32(hits the sweet spot if I can find an arm and I can confirm it fits my desk.

Budget is max 450-550$
