Hey guys,

I just build a sweet little HTPC / light gaming rig build as follows:

A10 7850K
Asrock FM2A88-ITX+ mobo
G.Skill Ripjaws Z - 2x4gb @ 2400MHz
Adata SP900 120gb SSD
Zalman cooler
200W power brick

I have build documented http://hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1813825

This was my first AMD build and its pretty new metal so I wasnt sure if there are extra things I need to do to optimize the computer as an assembled unit.

I was wondering if there was a good way to get a comprehensive benchmark of my system and post the results to see if they look congruent with the hardware is supposed to be capable of.

make sure AHCI and TRIM are enabled/active to get SSD get the most out of itself, and try to keep ~20% of it empty. You can try Heaven DX11, firestrike, or just enjoy some games :)

similar to a rig I just built but used an Asus A88X board and Kingston V300 SSD.
Aside from the Kingston SSD bad write times taking longer to install Win8.1, the system runs great and is more responsive than I thought it would be given all the hating on AMD I see flung around the forums. I'm very happy with it, was an upgrade for my daughter and for the $ it's a good deal IMO

I built a similar system for my gf and pulled some parts from my old system for her:

AMD A10 6800k
GA-F2A88XN-WIFI FM2 A88X Mini ITX
G.Skill Ripjaws 2x4gb (pulled 2 from my system)
MSI GTX 560TI (pulled from old system)
Corsair CX430
Hyper 212
Bitfenix Prodigy case
