New Itunes deleting files from folder?

I'm using the latest Itunes to organize duplicate songs and folders I have, now in the previous itunes I'd just press delete and it would ask me if I just wanted to remove the file from the library or if I wanted to remove the file as well. The new itunes will only remove from the library, the optional prompt never comes up. Anyone know how to fix this?
