New Install - NERO won't see my burners -Help?

I just formatted my C: and reinstalled Win XP Pro after my system got corrupted.

I installed Nero and it will not see either of my burners.
Both drives work and show up in the Hardware monitor, but Nero only sees the virtual drive, and neither of the two burners.
What am I missing?

Are you logged in as an administrator? If not, do so (make an admin account) and check if it's available. You are saying that is a fresh install; did you install the mobo(chipset) drivers?
