In case you haven't seen, there's a new case out by In-Win, maker of fine generic cases :). Fits most/some mATX boards, full-height video cards, and comes w/ its own 300W SFX power supply (looks like an FSP GLS-300 from the pictures).

It's a joint effort by Intel and In-Win designed to take advantage of the stock cooler which means that it is 1) suited only for Intel systems and 2) really motherboard specific. However, both requirement are only necessary if you want to fit the fan shroud they created to generate the better thermals. If you manage to fulfill both requirements though, it looks to be a very nice and small SFF case for a standard Intel system. Supposedly it cools better than the Qpack2. You can actually buy one at a place called https://www.ajump.com/ajump/basket.asp?mscssid=R3FKXB37D6J98PLUHPVKVU8EH1KFF5BA#AncharPreview although you'll get raped on shipping.

I'm thinkin' HTPC, although it't a little too ugly for hifi equipment.

Dimensions are 323 x 140 x 276 mm, 12.7" x 5.5" x 10.8" (HxWxD), volume = 12.5L

In-Win has some interesting diagrams for the BK623 showing airflow using their partition plate:

drive bay capacity is 5.25" x 1 and 3.5" x2 (1 internal, 1 external)

IMHO, pros = compact, front vent, removable drive cage, full height PCI cards.
cons = SFX form factor PSU, low profile CPU cooling only, good luck fitting long video cards
