New HTPC--Any advice

I am building a new HTPC to go with my olevia HTPC... I am getting cablevision HDTV setup tomorrow.

Antec P180 case
ASUS A8N-VM CSM
3800 x2
1 Gig of ram Probably OCZ plat (going to upgrade my gaming system to 2 gigs so i am moving my plat mem to the htpc)
DVD - not sure any ideas
Hauppauge PVR 500
MIT MYHD 130 with daughtercard
Thats about all my slots there.

Power Supply: Seasonic
HDD--> any ideas i want the biggest quietest dirive




I wanted a good audio card but I'll have to deal with the on board sound. I also plan to order the spdif module.

Software:

XP pro
SageTV
DVD playback -->theatertek
Any suggestions would be great...

I am not sure at all any ideas.

I just ordered the same motherboard for a SFF build, hope its a good board

Load up ffdshow, it works with Sage.
