So I'm looking for a new headset to use full-time on gaming and music.

I only have an integrated soundcard, and I'm thinking is something like Roccat Kave 5.1 worth buying with that? Or should I just go with a cheaper SteelSeries Siberia?

I'll admit I don't know much about audio, I'm just looking for good sound and comfortable to wear for several hours.

The Siberia would be 62 $ and the Kave near 100 $ (they're on some sort of sale)

I'll welcome all and any headset recommendations within that price-range or even below it. I'll just check the prices and availability locally. Don't think they ship all the way to Scandinavia from NewEgg?

Will also look at soundcard recommendations for that Kave if that's what it really needs.

Difficult to recommend a headset good for both gaming AND music, especially at that pricepoint. Gaming headsets are usually very poor for music in general, until you get to the really expensive options (Sennheiser PC350/360, MMX 300, even the Astro A40).

Roccat doesn't have much proliferation over here in North America, beyond their mice which some people have gone out of their way to get, so most people won't have an impression of the Kave. Some of their products to strike me as fairly gimmicky like Razer, though.

If you're willing to go the headphones + clip on mic route, you can consider the ATH-AD700s. I believe they may be difficult to find in Europe, however. :(

Keep in mind the clip on route is a bad idea in noisy environments though as it is omni-directional and enjoys picking up all sound.
 
I should probably just copy and paste this somewhere cause I use this same answer anytime someone is looking for a budget headset for gaming and multimedia use.

I made the switch from nice headsets to entry level headphones + soundcard with headphone amp + clip on mic and I will never ever ever go back to a headset again. The sound difference was amazing especially with a soundcard that support dolby headphone which I have enabled permanently.

Personally, I use Sennheiser HD555 headphones, an HT Omega Claro Halo soundcard, and a Zalman ZM-MIC1 clip-on mic. This surely doesn't fall into your budget but there are similar set ups which I've recommended to friends with great results.

This comes out to around $78.00 and will sound much better than 99% of the headsets available.

I'm going with your JVC HA-RX700 and the Zalman mic but I sadly need to go with an USB soundcard for now, don't have any PCI slot's free. I picked Creative's X-Fi Go!.
I might pull a phoneline over the doorframe closer to my computer sometime so I don't have the need for the wireless network card anymore and can add that Xonar DG.

Thanks for the help! Oh and if anyone has any experience about that X-Fi Go! I would like to hear them.
