So I got an 80GB SATA harddrive that matches the western digital I already have. So I have 2 identical harddrives. Should I put the page file opposite the OS disk, or put it on the same drive? Should I make a seperate partition for it?

Making a seperate partition for the swapfile won't help, as long as you allocate all of the pagefile now. Change the minimum size to be equal to the maximum size.

Where are your games/apps? I believe the best setup would be os+pagefile on one disk, games and stuff on the other.

 
Ok so no seperate partition for Page file. So setup the drives kinda like this?

Drive 1 - OS and Page File

Drive 2 - Games, Music, Movies, etc
 
I would think 80gb would be a waste for JUST OS and what 1gb swap file? That's 70gbs down the drain..

I would get a 74gb raptor, and 250gb drive for storage..but since you already have the 2, I would go the route of 1st 80 for OS/All programs AIM file transfers etc..anything that you store besides huge downloads from emule etc..then use the 2nd 80 for backup of the 1st 80 and large dls from emule etc.
 
Put the swap file on the drive that will have the least activity when the swap file is needed. If you run alot of games, put it on a drive opposite the games.
