New Hardware wizard with USB flash drives

Usually when you take a USB flash drive and connect it to a computer it loads perfectly with out asking a question. With one laptop my company has will always bring up a new hardware wizard when we plug in a usb flash drive that had never been used with that computer. Now if you run through the wizard the next time you plug that exact one back in it works fine. The problem is this laptop goes out on to job sites and other clients plug their own dirves in and it is just a little annoying to run through the whole process every time. Another weird part of this is that the message comes up that the drivers do not have the windows seal or logo of approval, which i just find weird. Also the wizard installs 3 new devices USB Memory, USB Mass Storage device and then the type of flash drive it is>

Sum up: Need to stop the wizard from showing up everytime i put in a flash drive.

what I have tried: Uninstalled all of the USB Controllers and reinstalled with latest drivers.
Update windows.
