Hi

i just bought some new hardware...

P4 3.2 1MB 800 Mhz Prosseser
1024 megs of ram
Asus P4P800 SE Mother Board

now i was cheaking some Tempetures out and this is what i got..

CPU is 55C/129F
MB is 38C/100F

what you guys think is this to hot?, i really wouldnt know

plus is it normal for a graphics card to get so hot you cant touch it for more then 1 or 2 seconds?

thx for reading and your time

Josh.

Those temps are OK. Not great, but they aren't going to fry your CPU. Anything over 60C is something to worry about. Just don't try to OC very much, if at all.

And yes, these days modern video cards do get extremely hot. I would suggest not touching them... ;)

ok thx, two more things though..

is there a way to cool it down more and is it better to have a case on or off, like does that make it cooler inside, taking the case off?

another thing, somthing in my computer is vibrating like a mother F*#ker, i think it might be the mother board, not all screws are in i beleive, or the fan, i really dont know
