New Hard drive copy partition

I have a dell computer running 5 hard drives on raid. there is a 20GB partition on it where windows server 2003 is installed.

What i want to do is Get rid of the raid. So basically I need to move my windows partition to another hard drive. I am not sure which software is the most reliable for this. free is always better but i can pay. it's more important that i get this done right and not screw up my server.

suggestions?
Does acronis do something like that?

the disk i got with my western digital hd has a utility to copy the partition to a new drive,i believe every hd manufacturer has something,seatools for seagate,maxblast for maxtor,etc.

Ive never tried with acronis.never used raid so i'm no help there.
