New Hard drive causing me trouble

Hey guys,

250GB SATA

So, I brought this HDD for my external HDD case (which has been tested and is defiantly good). Placed it in, Windows recognizes it as a Disk Drive (I tried it on 2 computers). So I decided to place it directly in my PC and plugged it all in, it was recognized in BIOS and when I opened Everest Home it is there, but no sign of it in My Computer or anywhere else.

Any Ideas?
