Mine at 3.5Ghz idles at 39-40C, and loads up to 60C (50-55 while gaming.) with IBT depending on weather/time of day. (Will be hotter in the summer as I am in an attic that gets very hot.)
I'm using a fan currently but have 2 PWM fans on the way. 4 actually, I could not decide between 2 pairs so I just bought both, plus 2 PWM Y splitters. (I'll problem try the second set in my other rig.)

Anyways, another question.... in Intel burn test, lets say I'm running at 3.8, i finish a high stress test in 55 seconds, but when i run like 3.9, i finish the same test in 70 seconds
your getting errors on the higher test thats why its takings longer. I would clock it a bit lower. Same thing happened with my P4, I was running at 3.68 but after a while I noticed my fps would change in game ( I'm cpu bottlenecked) computer is completely stable at 3.8 Ghz. I brought it down to 3.4 and stock voltage. My comp ran faster, it didn't do all the benchmarks faster bought it " felt" smoother with less dips.
