Just added my 460GTX to Team33. Using the new client. Do I need to use any client parameters with the new gpu client? It doesn't seem so, got 3 workunits out already. Anyhow that's pretty much it.

Awesome welcome to the Team!
Dont forget to grab a badge and signup for the giveaways.

Add the advmethods flag. For my 460, it increased output by 3500 ppd.

And welcome to the team! As nitro said, get in on the giveaways. You know that 460 would just love a new friend... :)

Welcome to the team. If you've already done three WUs it sounds like everything is all set. :cool:

welcome to the team mate

now get the Q6600 folding !

Welcome to the team!

Pick up the SMP client for even more ppd goodness!

FahMon is good, but HFM.net is my preferred monitoring tool.
Also the site above is good for checking charts and other stats that fahmon/hfm wont tell you.

The advmethods flag increased my ns/day from 750ns/day to about 1450ns/day on this latest WU. Thanks for the info guys!

You will need to use HFM.NET in order to see your full PPD including bonus points. Fahmon is no longer supported, so it is lacking in features compared to HFM and also lacks the ability to properly recognize modern units and cores.

Also, you should not ever use the graphical viewer for the GPU client, since it will significantly slow down F@H performance while it is open.

Thank you for all the welcomes everyone!

@Zero, switched to HFM.net thanks.

Welcome.

With a GTX 460 and a Q6600 I should be on the lookout for you to show on my rear view mirror. ;)

Welcome aboard, and since your here see if you can get in on te fun with the giveaways, SLI 460's are pretty beastly
