New GPU Coil whine! :(

So i treated myself and abought a new Gaming rig, not amazinlgy powerful but good enough to run most games on Ultra. I finally go into Crysis 2 and I heard this very very loud buzzing/humming/scratching noise from something inside the tower, it stops when the screen goes black or I hit a loading screen but then comes back when I'm back in the game. It sometimes does it aswell when I scroll in IE but stops again. I ran 3D Mark and the buzzing was back. I have read up on coil whine and I think it might be that but its so much louder than people have said on forums, just wondering if anyone could shed some light on this for me, I have a XFX Radeon 7850.
