Everything looks attractive except...

1) Why do you need another ethernet adapter?
2) Do you *really* need 2 GB RAM?
3) At least make sure they're Extra Low Latency Corsair XMS Pro RAM.
4) The Norton program-- you can live without really.
5) The CPU cooler, I would pick the Zalman 7000CU but that's my preference. Not sure how they'd both compete in terms of performance however.

With your advice I ditched the ethernet adapter. I will need 2GB of ram for EQ2 :) I will do some research on the CPU cooler and see which one performs better. This is my first time building a PC so I wasn't sure on a few of the components. This should be a good learning expereince. I have looked at Voodoo and Falcon NW and came to the conclusion that I would be better off building it myself. I can use the 2K I'm saving on other causes.
