1) What will you be doing with this PC? I am going to be gaming and want to run close to all games on their highest settings while still getting good FPS.
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included? My budget is $1,750 with tax included.
3) Which country do you live in? I live in naples, FL united states.
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? Ill need a case, power supply, Motherboard, CPU, memory(RAM), optical drive, graphics/video card, 2 tb of hardrive, fan cooling, a keyboard, mouse pad, and mouse.
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Not reusing parts.
6) Will you be overclocking? No but I would like to have the ability to do so.
7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it? I want 2 1080p 23 inch or higher minitors.
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Within 2 weeks
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? I would want USB 2.0 & 3.0 and PCIE 3.0
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? I do not have a reusable OS key. I want windows 64 bit home premium.

I have experience with mATX motherboards and "mini cases".

Personally i prefer full ATX and mid or full case for gaming and using demanding programs because of the room for bigger GPU cards, coolers, Dual GPU in SLI/Crossfire ability, and also for better air-flow and heat distribution.

Mini PCs are very limiting but easy to transport.
Mid and full case PCs are heavy, but if you use a car for any distance more than a block away, you will be fine.

If you want to play games in the closer to the maximum setting you can go, then you will have to deal with lots of heat, and you will need some major cooling.
Also most GPUs take lots of space.

I went with an ATX build because you save more money versus a micro ATX build. That, and Spartan468 made some good points about the advantages of ATX versus Micro ATX.

Those NewEgg promo codes expire soon, so jump on those first.

I left plenty of money so you can pick and choose the following on your own:

- Keyboard, mouse, and mousepad: Personal taste matters as much as available features, so you need to research and try out some keyboards and mice on your own.

- Additional case fans: You can grab two or three more 120mm fans for the case and/or an additional (ideally identical) fan for the CPU cooler.

- SSD: Optional but highly recommended. If you can bust your budget a bit, a good 240-to-256GB SSD (like, for example, the Samsung 840 250GB SSD) can make a huge difference in startup and load times.
