New Gaming Computer - No Budget

How's it going everyone?
I'm going to be building a gaming computer next month and would like to get your opinions for the BEST top of the line hardware to get for this beast I'm building. All the way from the case to the video card.

I have no budget, literally none, as in no money...not sure where gas is coming from to get to work :D:D

You know better than that...

1) What games are you playing?
2) What resolution are you using?
3) When specifically are you planning on buying the parts?
4) Do you also need peripherals?
5) Besides gaming, what are you using this computer for?
6) Where are you buying parts from?
7) Are you overclocking?
 
Go to the scrapyard and look for something that looks like a gaming pc from 5 years ago.
But with no budget; how are you paying for electricity these pc's require, how are you paying for games, ....?
