RAM and PSU seem...a bit excessive. Perhaps pull funds from there for a 2000series GPU?

CPU and mobo are also excessive for a gaming build, but if you can use the hardware for other stuff it might be worth it.

For a pure gaming build a Ryzen CPU with a RTX 2080 super or Ti and 16 or 32 GB of ram would have been a better investement.
 
Yeah, echo'ing what others have said. Scale back the RAM and especially that Mobo and use the money for a better video card. For a gaming build that's the single most important component and the area that would probably be weakest in that system. You can probably save $ on most of those individual components without losing any performance.
