New Gaming Build

Hi, some might remember me from a few months ago.
Anyway, I'm probably going to order my build on Monday and see if I can get any CyberMonday deals with it.

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
6) Will you be overclocking?
7) What is the max resolution of your monitor?
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS?

5. Seagate Barracuda 500GB HDD, Samsung T24B350 TV, I'm buying a motherboard off my friend (ASRock Extreme 4).

10. 64-bit Windows 7 on HDD

The build I am looking at is:
-i5 3570K
-8GB Corsair VENGANCE RAM (Black)
-GTX 670 FTW
-Rosewill (I believe) Thor V2 Case (currently $90 on Newegg).

I have no knowledge of good CPU Coolers, but $50 at most.

I'm looking for reccomendations, suggestions, and deals to look for this upcoming week.

Assuming that you're going with the low profile Vengence RAM (i.e no tall heatsinks), go for the Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo while it's on sale for $30:

Yeah, I did but I forgot to mention it, my bad. This PSU is exactly what I was looking for. 650W, Modular, under $100. As for the case, I don't know which cases are better than other cases for airflow because I don't know how to tell a case with good airflow from one with not so good airflow. The main things I want a case are USB 3.0 (internal header), lots of room for cable management, window (or mesh) side, around the $90 price point, and a red-and-black color scheme. I don't have a preference between mid-tower and full-tower, both are fine for me.

I'd probably go with the 400R out of the 2. What are your opinions on the Cooler Master Storm Enforce Mid-Tower Case? I don't see anything wrong with it, but what do I know. If you recommend it, I'd go for it since if follows my color scheme and has some safety features on it.

I can't speak for Danny Bui, but I'm not a fan of its looks. That said, it has plenty of "safety features" (and, seemingly, a good amount of space for everything) and it's currently at a good (albeit temporary sale) price.

If you like the Cooler Master Storm Enforce, I say go for it.

EDIT: I now see what Danny means by "too cramped." The cables in front of the picture hide the fact that there's roughly about an inch of space (if not less) between the motherboard and the drive cage. For reference, a mounted ATX motherboard runs 9.6 inches long. You may run into problems if you go with a video card longer than 10 inches.
