Gaming in Diablo 3:)(), Battlefield 3, Civ 5, etc.

A single 1920x1200, 24''. Would like to keep the option of eyefinity available.

Xfire/SLI support, USB 3.0 would be nice.

Non transferable, so I would need a OS.

I don't think OP mentioned he needed a hard drive or SSD? If his budget is $1500, why value RAM? Why not RAM with good timings?
 
Woops, yeah I need a HD/SSD. Totally forgot to put that one down.
I think I'd only need 2 PCIe 3.0/2.0 slots. I don't plan on getting more than 2 GPUs.

Okay Danny's build is just fine. You still shouldn't break a sweat in terms of wattage draw and should be fine with this PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151088 vs. the 750 he suggested.
That CPU/ Mobo combo is hard to beat. Since his build is around $1300 you could still get the 4GB 670 which would be better should you go multiple monitors down the road.
