New found Origin hate.

Origin came from EADM, the EA Download Manager app that you used to purchase BF2 Armored Fury, and other BF2 and BF2142 DLC.

I bought those titles on disc, not on Origin. Not everybody jumped onboard the digital download bandwagon when it first came out. I thought the idea sucked at a time when dial-up was still relatively common.

Yea thats pretty bad luck. I usually buy from amazon and give them the key. I did it for a couple friends and it works fine.

Do you still have the Discs for the BF2 and 2142 expansions? I am almost 100% sure that the only way to get them was online.
Special Forces was the only one on Disc.
Battlefield 2 Collection I believe may have been on disc with everything, but the expansions by themselves were online only, from what I remember.

We played the crap out of BF2 too,
