New folding machine no boot!

New folding rig wont boot!

Pcchips t12
celeron d 2.8
512 corsair pc2700
10 gig HD
dvdrom drive
ti4200

Powers on and all accesories ge power can hear HD spinning but I get no video. The cards works great in other computers. Any ideas? Cleared the bios with the jumpers.
 
Could be PSU nearing its end. Have another you could swap it out with? Also do you get any beep codes?
 
No beep codes. Tried newer psu nothing! I am going to swap out the ram and cpu and go from there!
