So, I'm looking to replace all the fans in my case, they're stock and I don't think they're doing a good job anymore. Any suggestions on what to get?

I have a Thermaltake Element S case, an Asus M4A78T-E AMD AM3 AMD790GX/SB750 motherboard, and an Antec TruePower Quadro 850W power supply.

If you want something silent without lacking performance, get Gentle typhoons... Cooler master R4s arent too shabby either

- Front (intake) :
120 x 120 x 25 mm TurboFan (1300 rpm, 17 dBA,50.0 CFM): 120 x 120 x 25 mm (optional)

- Rear (exhaust) :
140 x 140 x 25 mm TurboFan (1000 rpm, 16 dBA, 50.0 CFM)

- Top(exhaust) :
230 x 230 x 20 mm red LED fan (800 rpm, 15 dBA,76.0 CFM)

- VGA (exhaust) :
Two 60 x 60 mm fan (optional)

Should i get the 1850rpm one for my 120mm fan? What about the other fans?

Will there be any problem with my motherboard/power supply if I want to put the max number of fans my case can fit?

Well, I'm just trying to keep my graphics card sound down since it always spins to 100% whenever I do something. Less noise and vibration the better, but keeping everything inside cooler than the 70C for my graphics card and 56C for my motherboard is best.

I'd say get the GT1850s and hook them up to a good fan controller. You can always tune down a fan's rpms for quiet, but you can't make a 1450 rpm fan run faster than it was designed to run.
If the GPU noise is your main concern. Then instead of getting more fans you should consider getting an aftermarket cooler for the video card.
