I would like to Thank Kyle for all of your support and help, if it wasnt for you I dont think this would have ever been resolved. Shortly after the post from NewEgg today I called and left a msg for Adam. I just got off the phone with him, and they appologized for the mistake, they acknowledged that I was suppose to recieve a new mobo since I had returned the DOA board before 90 days, and they are even going to send the new board overnight. I am really glad this was resolved because I dont think I would have ordered from them again, and I didnt want that cause I enjoy shopping there. I have never had a problem with New Egg b4, and it was quite frustrating because the sales associate would not let me talk with a manager, I always got "they are not avail, I can help you, so on". I am just glad its over, even though it took 3 weeks, 2 refurbished boards, and many e-mails. BIG props to Kyle and Adam at New Egg. :)

One time I ordered a couple items from them and one of the items didn't ship with the rest of the stuff and I sent a bitchy email about "blah blah blah, I don't think I should have to wait blah blah" and they upgraded my shipping and gave me a 25$ gift certificate. I love newegg, I only buy from them. They aren't always the cheapest but they get things shipped faster than everybody else , and their support is top notch.

thats prolly the only down side to newegg, their shipping..........i mean serriously would it hurt to chuck in ram you order inside the same box as a proc? or as a case?

that single package shipping is very harsh on your wallett, thats the only thing id change about newegg, they own as far as im concerned :)

Kyle, hint to them about trying to make that a new policy :p

I guess if their product line was small enough to fit into one warehouse it would be that easy....but it ain't.

They could throw the ram in the same box as the box the processor is in, if it is available from the same warehouse. As for in the case's box, I doubt it. Where would you exactly put the ram?

If you want your stuff shipped as fast as possible, seperate boxes might be the fastest way to get it done.

Service...if something's wrong, Newegg will do what they can to fix it.

Shipping...I'd really like to see better packaging of their hard drives, the whole "bubble wrap and tossed in a box of peanuts with everything else" method...I've seen worse, but if I sent a drive to Seagate or whoever on RMA that way, they'd probably void it.

Keep meaning to contact them about that, but I keep not getting around to it and/or forgetting...

Im not really complaining..........and my question to you mohammedtaha, is where do you put your componets when you get a new case? :p yeah theres a good cubic foot to put ram in a case for shipping......

just saying, id like 1 package to get to me with a few items in it, than pay shipping for each item and get them all at diffrent times

3 items 5 days later than if i got them sent seprately > 3 items on diffrent days for a whole week :p

There's a VERY high chance something is gonna be broken by the time it reaches you.

Do you expect them to fill the case up with peanuts in order to keep your ram safe ?

Plus the case box would be open ;)

btw ... nice to know your case got resolved ... you just have to talk to the right people.

It's a nice thing, what Kyle did. Drink to that. ;)

hehe thatd own tho! penuts inside a case with all sorts of goodies inside!! :D

Good for you.

And good for them. They are a successful business and understand that 1 unhappy customer can hurt as much as 10 happy ones can help. They fixed the error and everyone who reads this thread will know.

No one will remember what was wrong, they will remember that it was fixed.

New Egg = smart company.

**cough** and Kyle swingin' a bat for ya, sure as f*#k helped
