I still think they are the best looking thing out there - could go down in price by 20% - but they are still nice. I would be shocked to see a multi year refresh on the design w/o moving to LED backlight.

I don't think you will see them until Q3. One thing though, the clairty will improve, and they use less power, so in theory, battery life should improve.

Apple investors fail to be unerved by rumor site misdating adventure. The existing rumor from rumor control is that Apple releases updates at a special event on the 20th of Feb, not Tuesday without a party (although the Shuffle is now available in purdy colors).
