Half of those commands aren't in any way related to shot registry/netcode. I have already posted proof that cl_interp 0 and cl_interpolate 0 are the best commands for hitboxes.
 
new models are nice but i would much rather have a stable platform on which to play. both steam and css are buggy as sh*t and there is no excuse for this.

Buggy as shit? Hardly. Maybe some here and there, but to say they are as rampant as you suggest is absurd.
 
after the last update valve released i often get steamclient.dll errors and datacache.dll errors running steam and cs:s. if you are stable more power to you, however in my case valve f'ed up and in my opinion the current steam platform is buggy as shit.
