New Cpu help

So i installed a new cpu 7950 3d and before the opening screen it comes up cpu has changed press y or press no bit blocker i can not remember what it fully says i am sure alot of u guys know what i am talking about. so i have the same hard drive and windows no in english can someone tell me please do u hit y or n and do i have to change those settings in the bios!! thank u so much

never mind thanks guys , i turned one of them off in the bios thing it was the tfp i disabled and it does not happen anymore.... thanks again
