new cpu cooler.~

ive come to a point where im sick of idilng at 50c with this stupid DYNATRON cpu cooler, so whats the best heatsink choice for me? ive never installed/removed one so i dont really wanna get a thermalright and take out the whole mobo..so whats another choice that cools real well where i can just snap it in?
 
Swiftech MCX462-V / Thermalright SLK-900A with a 92mm Panaflo Low / 92mm Panaflo Medium / 92mm Enermax Adjustable. No need to remove the motherboard.
 
Looks like its only got 2 wires on it, so it would be a 4pin connection most likely
