Building a PC for an auto shop, looking to build a mini ITX box or small tower.

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Quickbooks, web browsing, MS office.

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
$500 including tax/shipping

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
Massachusetts

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget?
Case, mobo, ram, cpu, psu, hdd, cd drive

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
Nothing.

6) Will you be overclocking?
No

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
I believe 22" 1920x1080

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
Probably in a few days.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
Yes, Windows 7 64 bit.

Here's something to consider:

$60 - Intel Pentium G3220 Socket 1150 dual-core processor
$65 - MSI H81I Socket 1150 mini ITX motherboard
$59 - Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB DDR3 1600 RAM (included 10% discount promo code UPGRADEMYMEM, ends 5/12)
$57 - Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB HDD
$18 - LG GH24NSB0B SATA DVD burner
$45 - Corsair CX430 430 watt power supply
$50 - Cooler Master Elite 130 mini ITX desktop case
= = =
$354 - Total before taxes

The system requirements for Quickbooks is similar to Office, so you don't need much in terms of CPU power. The Pentium G3220's embedded GPU is good enough for web browsing and video streaming.

The Kingston RAM has a promo code that lasts through this weekend. There's no reason to go with a dual-channel kit over the cheaper single stick of RAM.

How close are you to the Boston/Cambridge Micro Center?

Thanks for the suggestion tiraides! I am not too far from Microcenter, probably about 15-20 minute drive. I'll see if I will be able to make the purchase today, if not then sometime this week.
