So what do u think? any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. nice, how's it overclock?

also, why are you getting the 4000+? either spend a touch more and get a 4200+ or save money, get a 3200+ venice and overclock it ;)

I think the DFI NF4 board line is better #1.
#2. The chip you have is in an awful pricepoint, get 3200+ venice, or a X2.
#3. Your current ram is fine, depending on how much you have.
#4. Gamers edition memory? If you want new fast stuff, get some twinmos SP, you'll still have enough left over to add a dedicated watercooling loop/ramblocks without it costing more than the OCZ.

i was thinking of the 1mb, but if you think the 4200 is better i wiil get that instead. what about the 3700?

the extra 512k of cache really doesn't make that big of a difference, and the 3200+ venices overclock well enough anyways, you could throw the price difference into a better graphics card and decent aftermarket cooling for the processor.

i have deciden on the x2 4200, its only about 100$ more than the 4000.

wow that is a pretty confusing jumble of a paragraph there. Lemme spread it out and I'll see what I can reccomend...

Ok. Whats the HIS thing? Another hdd? Do you really need more than 200 gb?
If you can, get a 7800 GTX for the video card. Otherwise, make sure you are getting the $250 X800XL from monarchcomputer.com
PSU, I would get one of these three over the OCZ:

You already said you were getting a 4200+, so that's ok.
I dunno much about the abit mobos, DFI is always a solid choice. Barring that, asus. You can keep it though.
Don't get the XP-90c, it warps your mobo. Remember to get this Panaflo fan for your XP-90.
RAM. If you can get a DFI ("DFI LP UT SLI-DR") board, get twinMOS SP (the $48 version). Your board will be able to give it a lot of voltage and it will give you insane timings at 240-270 fsb. Otherwise, your choices are pretty much wide open. You might just want to go all the way in multi-tasking power and get 2x 1GB sticks.

Good luck.
